I just bought a cherry Enclave with only 28,000 miles. I love it but the transmission shudders between gears. Has anyone tried an additive like ProLong PSL15000 or a Lucas product for this problem. Does anyone think it's a bad idea to try it? It's a top rated tyranny additive but I don't know if I want to try it or go back to the dealer. Still on warranty so ...

I bought a 2018 Enclave Avenire new. At about the same miles 28K my transmission began to shudder and in particular, when making right-hand turns from a stop. I took it to the dealer and they diagnosed it as a faulty valve. They replaced it under warranty and it has worked beautifully ever since.
