2019 buick enclave infotainment app download issues

I just bought a 2019 buick enclave premium. When I go to apps it says " We are currently unable to access the catalog please try again later"

I cleared the other person's data.
Did a software update on car and my phone
Did a factory reset
Contacted onstar and signed up
Put my information in and signed in
Signed into my buick

Onstar is suppose to be working on it but i haven't years anything from them.

Any ideas? Is it that I have something wrong in settings on my phone or the car? I've spent so much time on this already! I'm pretty savy I think but this has me stumped. Help!

Yes wifi works and user name and password are in and correct. I did find that the last user shut of the software updates. So i changed that and re logged in. Now I am getting apps to download but only the ones the last user had. I have cleared their information from the system. I noticed there is no user button on the screen at all? Could that be why I can't get any other apps?

I have not noticed a user button. I would think that when you did the reset it should have cleared the prior user information. My only other suggestion would be to do another reset then disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and reconnect it. Then input your information again. If that doesn't work, a visit to a dealer may be required.
